Heat is a by-product of electrical and mechanical devices. The Thermographic Survey will observe processes without the need to shutdown equipment or to remove components for inspection, keeping a business up and running with minimal downtime. Infrared scans of mechanical and electrical equipment can help determine if equipment is working properly and potentially find problem areas before major incidents occur.

Mechanical Systems Inspection
If mechanical systems are overheating, causing shut-downs and failing prematurely, the Infrared Thermal Survey can be completed on engines, motors, fans, pumps, boilers, and water heaters to verify normal operation.  This can be used in conjunction with a preventative maintenance program for improved equipment life span.
Electrical Systems Inspection
If circuit breakers or motor control centers are malfunctioning or are overloaded, the temperature will be elevated.  The IR camera can be used to detect this so preventive measures can be taken such as replacing components.  Working with a licensed electrician, the Infrared Thermal Survey can be completed on an electrical panel box and help avert a potential disaster.
